Limp linen cloth covers titled, decorated and illustrated in red on the covers. The covers are stained, heavily chipped and frayed. A large piece is out of the rear cover. [14] pages on linen, "printed in oil colors by Joseph Barton, 15 Beaver St.", and illustrated with 6 full-page & one half-page bold color illustrations by John Absolon. The pages are creased and soiled with a few stains and the edges are slightly frayed. Fair.

Although no date is listed, Sheldon, Blakeman & Co. published at their Nassau street address from 1856 to 1859 and the printer Joseph Barton was located at 15 Beaver St. from 1856 to 1858.
