The striking poster features an image of an old political cartoon from June 10, 1899, in which President McKinley is standing in a pool of water labeled "Civilization" and holdling and preparing to wash a "savage" Filipino with a brush labeled "Education." In the background two male figures are dressing themselves in outfits labeled "Cuba" and "Puerto Rico" and laughing while watching the scene in the water. Very good .
