Williams College, a private, liberal arts college in Williamstown, Massachusetts was founded as a men's higher-education institution in 1793 and funded by the estate of land owner and soldier Ephraim Williams (1715 - 1755), who would be killed in the French and Indian War. The booklet contained chapters on the government of the college, on admissions and vacations, on crimes and punishments, etc. Very good .
