A double page spread in this book includes an artistic and imaginative, very finely detailed pen and ink drawing representing historical and mythological characters and events. The corners and spine ends of the binding are lightly chipped, and there is some slight internal separation but holding, but binding is holding, minor pencil scribbles on front endpaper A truly extraordinary book. the text is mainly clean with an occasional smudge. An extraordinary book. Good.
