Slipcase is worn mainly along edges and corners. Text is in German, printed on a heavy card stock with lavishly decorated ornamentation throughout, followed by 38 pages of commentary. Translated from the Persian by Friedrich Rosen, and designed by Paul Haustein. A handsomely bound book, with an artistically designed interior. Good.
