Light edgewear, spine ends chipped, text slightly wavy but clean, city map has a 3 inch tear neatly repaired, 1695 New York City map, and New York Hospital engraving have several short margin tears also tape neatly repaired, owner's name on front free endpaper. Book and plates are in overall sound and clean condition. Good/No Jacket.
