Description: San Francisco: Edw. H. Mitchell, 1902. 1st printng (presumed), not found on OCLC. Now housed in an archival mylar sleeve. Single sheet, printed recto only. 3 oval half-tone b/w photographic images of San Francisco scenes: "Golden Gate & Fort Point", "Music Stand" & "Mission Delores" 10-7/8" x 8-1/4". Unused. Age-toning to paper. Very minor edgewear. Overall, a Very Good example of this rare survivor. The lettersheet as a printing phenonena blossomed during the California Gold Rush, and the succeeding few decades, and as this example attests, continued into the 20th C.
