Edge printing. 547, [1 (blank)] pp. Blue cloth edge tab at start of "Directory of Householders" 9-1/2" x 6". Slight cock. Bit of soiling & wear, with backstrip slightly darkened. Ink stain to top edge. Small spot indicating label removed from spine. Bookplate to ffep. Checkmarks, slashes, 'x's to certain entries throughout. A solid VG copy. Scarce work in the trade, other than our 1914 Directory, we see no other pre-WWI Fresno directories currently on the market.
