Lacking lower left corner [no text affected]. 5 pencil checkmarks next to chosen menu items. An About VG survivor. This facility presumed to be the sanitarium opened at Park and Ocean View in 1907 by Dr. W.L. Woodruff, a homeopathic practitioner who treated patients with ā€oelight therapy.” Woodruff actively fought the state’s order to vaccinate students. This stance resulted in a polio outbreak, ca 1920, after which said stance against vaccinations, understandably, weakened.
