Now housed in a mylar sleeve. One leaf. Menu itself is die cut like a painters palette. Die-cut. Larger leaf is approximately 9" x 5". A VG copy, though glued to larger leaf. Penciled marking of the date on the menu to the head of the larger leaf. Some age toning.
