The Bill of Fare lists 9 courses, starting with Soup, followed by Fish, Boiled, Entrees (including Chicken Sauté Marengo, yum), Roast (Lamb, Beef, Port, Veal, Chicken, Turkey, two Muttons), Relishes, Vegetables (Fried Parsnips anyone?), Pastry (of course Apple Pie one of the selections) & concludes with Dessert (of 4, last listed: Filberts.
