Now housed in an archival mylar sleeve. [2], 42, [2 (blank)] pp. Title leaf a singleton, 2 mm short, tipped onto B1. Lacks half-title leaf. Fold out chart, "Fabric". 8vo. 7-1/2" x 4-3/4". Some age-toning. Chart with closed tear (no loss). Overall, Very Good. John Cooke and John Maule are the Chaplains named in the title. Rather scarce, with ESTC showing, at most, a handful of copies held institutionally.
