Apparently this title an original publication of Evans after his appointment as printer to the Cheap Repository. From ESTC, we find it was not reprinted in the collections of Cheap Repository tracts published by Rivington, Evans, Hatchard, and Hazard in 1798. Quite rare item, ESTC lists only one holding institution, that in the UK.
