Lacking 2nd map. Royal 8vo. 9-1/2" x 7". Binding shows little wear, as does slipcase, Nr Fine. Text-block with some occasional blemishes & smudges, Very Good. Map with some soiling, age-toning, occasional split along a fold, Very Good. Regarding this edition, C&K state, "Stereotyped from the plates used for the first edition, first printing.".
