Two illustrations, one to upper wrapper, one inside. 8-1/2" x 11". A G/VG copy, some pencil markings (crossing off sold out menu items) which has caused some soiling to wrappers, edges and corners bumped and a bit rubbed, age toning to edges. Slip stapled to head, ink writing of the specials for the evening. Overall completely legible.
