A VG copy, edges/corners a bit rubbed, gilt bright, pencil markings (previous owners name and date) on title page, 1 centimeter tear at tail of first map, some pencil markings in margins, slight age toning around leaf edges- especially fold-outs, some chipping on edges of fold-outs, ribbon page markers are a bit frayed, internally clean and bright, maps and plans in VG condition. For the maps, plans and panoramas: some of the page numbers listed are where the text starts and the maps, plans or panoramas are found a couple pages around the page listed.
