[2], 158, 161 pp. First 15 pages with entries regarding the Curtis Fruit Company, a San Francisco based concern, with works based in Oleander, Cal. 14-1/8"x 8-3/8" Notes within the ledger indicate there were improprieties in the books: "Prior to August 28th 1891, the books of the Co. had been kept by G. Landon Jr in an imperfect & improper condition ..". Leather loss to spine ends, and front joint tender. Blank leaf excised at rear. Good.
