BAL 13870 ["Not Seen"], for Miller's poem, where BAL states, "Text not found elsewhere save as a song..". 5 ll of text, printed recto only, the last leaf a poem on Oakland, by Joaquin Miller, first published in the Oakland Tribune. 47 captioned b/w photographic images of divers Oakland scenes, buildings, etc. Oblong format: 5-7/8" x 9-1/4". Later paper reinforcement added along spine. A VG copy of this quite uncommon view book of Oakland. OCLC records just 6 holding institutions.
