Red speckled edges. 11, [1], cxxii, [2], 24, 64, 73-80, 73-80, 89-96, 89-211, [3] pp. Text continues despite mispaginations. 8vo. 8-1/8" x 5". Binding quite worn, with front board held be cords. Lacks free eps. Period pos to top of t.p. Damping to lower corner of first 20 leaves, gradually diminishing. A Good copy of a book scarce in the trade. Grey, "Church of England clergyman and writer, was a man of many remarkable gifts, which found expression in widely varying ways. His most influential achievement was the composition of Memoria Technica, or, A New Method of Artificial Memory (1730), a book which was republished many times, with modifications, until 1861.. Grey's imaginative theories as a teacher found further expression in 1738, when he published [the volume here offered], A New and Easy Method of Learning Hebrew without Points." [ODNB].
