Some general binding wear, with the spine sunned. 2" closed vertical tear to bottom edge of [first] leaf with p. 69/70. Withal, a VG copy. Willoughby's poem offers a lament to the lady left home by one drawn to the gold fields of California.. "Thy heart, and hopes, all buried here / by Sacramento's shore.".
