Maroon buckram with gilt spine lettering. TEG. Buff dust jacket. Slipcase. xvi, [2], 272 pp (including Index). Illustrated with facsimiles. 8vo. A Fine copy, with a Custis bookplate, in a slightly sun-tanned NF dust jacket, housed in a VG+ slipcase. Laid-in are two pieces of ephemera: an Eckel Christmas card, and the order blank for Eckel's proposed Supplement to this book [which, apparently, was never issued]. The work itself is essential to any Dickens collector; this copy a collector's piece unto itself.
