[4], 140 pp. Illustrated with 3 fold-out plates at rear. 8vo: [A]^2 B - I^8 K^6. 8-1/2" x 5-1/4". Binding - Fine. Text block - VG (chip from A1 fore-edge [no text affected]/bit of yellowing to plates, with the odd vertical mis-fold line). Uncommon on the commercial market, with ABPC showing the last copy of the first edition to come to auction over 30 years ago (1977)..
