Signed below: C. de Moor Pinxit / P. van der Gunst Sculpt.[NL] Salomon van Til, Coccejaans predikant. In een ovaal met lijst; daaronder familiewapen versierd met zeer lang bladfestoen, ter weerszijden van het wapen christelijke symboliek: links Christus op deels zichtbare wereldbol met slang; in zijn rechterhand het kruis, in de andere hand de kelk; rechts van hem duif met olijftak; rechts koning David harpspelend in de tempel. Gemaakt door Pieter van Gunst 1689. Engraving on laid paper; total: 425 x 275 mm; mounted on a paper mat; some rubbing, light staining, and minor tears on the margins, otherwise in good condition. Two hanging holes on the top corners of the mounting paper. Watermark visible. Muller nr. 5348.
