Description: Photographic reproduction of the so called The little Jewish bride by Rembrandt, a portrait of Saskia van Uylenburgh as St. Catherine, dated 1638.This image reproduces a print with two marks of famous collectors: Robert Dighton (ca. 1752-1814) [L.727] and Edward Astley (1729-1802) [L.2775]. On verso is visible another mark: an oval with the inscription: KUNST FÜR ALLES.[NL] Heilige Catharina van Alexandrië (de kleine Joodse bruid). Heliogravure, mounted on cardboard; total: 112 x 80 mm; some staining, a tear on the left margin; in fair condition. New Hollstein 169 (reproduction).
