After the death of her father, her mother continued her husband's activities. When daughter Catharina grew older, she too started editing volumes.Doll published several writings under her own name, and also under the name Ms C.M.D.E. Furthermore, she corresponded with several important figures such as Johan Meerman (1753-1815), whose book collection was one of the foundations of Museum Meermanno (recently named Huis van het Boek).Children's literature - children's books - female editors - children's education - women - manners and morals Bound in cardboard, 17.2 x 11 cm.
