Description: Three etchings cut from one sheet with four representations of family life. In the first scene, a woman is standing in front of her front door. She is talking to her husband. She holds her daughter in her arm. A second daughter is standing next to the father. The second scene shows the two girls: the youngest has a basket on her arm. The third scene shows three women. They stand together and are talking to each other. One of the women holds a child by her hand. Another child is hiding behind her skirt. The fourth scene is missing. The first and the second etchings are signed, one with the monogram C.C. and the other with: C. Chalon f..Plate 23 from Zinspelende gedigjes, op de geestige printjes ge-etst door Pieter de Mare..., 1793.
