Description: Landscape with ascending road on the right. Here, two countrymen are talking to each other. On the left, in the foreground, a waterfall, with a stone bridge with three arches behind it. The print is part of the set: Seven oblong landscapes. Numbered on the bottom right: '5'. Second state not documented in literature. Etching on laid paper with broad margins; plate mark: 106 x 145 mm, total: 208 x 308 mm; state II/3 (?); despite some light rust stains in the sky, in great condition; Hollstein 112.
