Description: Path leading out of the woods with carriages and men walking. An inn on the left foreground. Titled at the bottom: ''t Droncken Huijsije t'enden 't bos', numbered on the right: '4'. On verso two collector's marks: Frederik Carel Theodoor van Isendoorn à Blois (L.1407) and another unidentified. Both marks are pasted down, possibly deriving from another impression. On verso also a sketch in pencil, based on the taces of the etching on the recto. Etching on paper, with small margins; plate mark: 150 x 189 mm; total: 158 x 195 mm; state II/2, despite some light defects due to print making, in good condition. Hollstein 4.
