In good state.Hand coloured optical print of London. In the foreground the church of St Mary-le-Bow. In the distance St. Paul’s Cathedral towering above the houses. The light sources and accents of the buildings and stars are perforated. On the verso of the print the holes are covered with translucent paper. Some of the holes are coated with green and red paint. This gives the illusion of coloured lights when the print is held in front of a light source. Blind stamped illustrations on the parchment corners (which are used for reinforcement). This could be a recycled parchment from a book cover. OPT132
