Description: One of the six views during the siege of Gennep. Inscribed above in the middle of the sky: 'Het Logiment der H.H. Staten generael in / T' KLOOSTER S.t AECHTEN'. The views were originally on one plate. The Kruisherenklooster or Klooster Sint Aegten is a cloister in Noord-Brabant, in Sint Agatha. Etching on paper, trimmed within plate; total: 132 x 258 mm; despite some dirt on the surface and some annotations in pencil on the verso, in good condition. Hollstein 93 (part of a larger print), Simon 294, Muller 1845, van Stolk 1862.
