Description: Satirical print on the Orangists (Orangisten) after the happenings at Hattem and Elburg, early September 1786. An Orangist is feeding pap (porridge) to manu orangists, among which Generaal Spengler, Kaat Mossel, Betmer van Ankeveen, dominee Voetjes van den Bosch, Johannes Le Francq van Berkhey, (Schele) Arends, boekverkoper te Amsterdam, Kraft, boekverkoper te Rotterdam and others. Under the image a 16-line verse and on the other side a legenda 1-14 on the plate. Mezzotint, plate mark: 170 x 130 mm. Total: 325 x 410 mm. Diagonal fold visible, further in good condition.
