With explanatory caption surrounding the print. ca. 1616. Overall size: 17 x 22,5 cm; plate size: 13,4 x 17,4 cm. Good state. Age related discolouration and a spot in the right margin. Handlaid paper. Printed text on the verso of the print. This print originates from 'Guillaume Baudart, Les guerres de Nassau (...), Amsterdam, Michiel Colijn, 1616. With pictures and descriptions of battles and sieges which occurred during the war against the King of Spain. Some of the images are made after plates by Frans Hogenberg (1538-1590).
