Inscription on the bottom: 'IUSTO CLIVENSI ANVERPIAN PICTORI. / Nostra nec artifices inter te Musa silebit / Belgas, picturae non leve, Iuste, decus. / Quam propria, nati tam felix arte fuisses ;/ Mansisset sanum si misero cerebrum.'
