Very rare! ¶ This is the volumneous catalogue of the second Paris held world exposition, visited by more than 9 million people. The Atlas part with 29 plates contains 477 smaller pictures of objects exposed and described in the Texte part or related to exposition themes. This set is ex library with two small handwritten signatures on the title pp., and on the front endpapers of both vols. a triangle facility for removable library cards; no external library signatures.
