It was not until 1830 that the book was actually published, with a title page reading 'Emancipate Your Colonies! Addressed to the National Convention of France, Ao 1793' and the imprint 'Printed by C. and W. Reynell, Broad Street, for Robert Heward, Wellington Street'. Good.
