Part of volume II printed by William Bowyer; his records show 2000 copies printed. Another (unspecified) part was printed by Charles Ackers, whose records also show 2000 copies printed. Cambridge-style panelled calf, worn. With twenty-two plates, thirteen in volume I and nine in volume II. With the bookplate of Thomas Hall, Esq. ESTC T136232; Alston, III.536; Maslen & Lancaster.
