Used, Unique presentation copy, Volumes I, II and III complete, with plate on the front pastedown of Volume I dated 1867, in very good condition. Hardcovers with gilt lettered and decorated boards and spines, no dust jackets, and gilt edged page blocks. Board corners and spine ends are bumped and rubbed, with some surface wear to the edges and spine sides. Small nick and mark to the front board of Volume II. Pastedowns and endpapers are slightly blemished, with spots of foxing on the first and last few pages of each volume. Boards are otherwise clean, binding is sound and pages are clear. Presentation book plate on front pastedown reads: 'Presented to Gentleman Cadet Robert R Baker for Attention to and Progress in The Study of Mathematics, December 1867'. LW. Very Good/No Dust Jacket.
