From the collection of Col Carlo Vita-Finzi (1866-1923), an early Italian aviation pioneer and balloonist who was to command Italy's air platoon, and whose signature is noted on the title page. Boards are lightly scuffed and marked, with small puncture marks on the edge of the spine, front side. Board edges, corners and spine ends are bumped and rubbed, and spine is cocked. A couple of pages have separated from the spine, however are present, and binding is otherwise sound. Pages are clear and bright. LW. Very Good/No Dust Jacket.
