Bookplate of William Abel Pantin, an Honorary Fellow of Oriel College, is adhered to front pastedown, name penned to half-title page. A number of sheets of Professor Pantin's notes are laid in at rear. General shelf and handling wear, including fading, creasing and wear to boards, edges and corners. Spine head notably worn, small splits to each side at hinge point. Age-related discolouration and tanning to pageblock, tanning to page edges. Within, pages are securely bound, clean and clear. CN.
