Note from the author tipped in after contents. Sixth edition, 1830, corrected, enlarged and improved. Page block is rough; occasional foxing and minor general marks within; pencilled notes on one or two pages, left in for posterity. Slits across p.455 & 457, repaired with tape at edges, though text remains clear. Lesser wear at one or two instances towards start of volume, as to be expected from a book of this age. A few pages are uncut. Content is clear throughout. TS. Good.
