Description: London, Hamish Hamilton Ltd, London. 1946. Hardcover. Used, Hardcover in good condition, with unclipped dust jacket in acceptable condition. Jacket is marked and sunned throughout, and edges are creased and torn, with chips at the spine ends. Tear to the rear towards the lower edge has been repaired with tape from within. Boards are damp stained at the upper edge, with the colour of the board having transferred to the jacket interior. Board corners and spine ends are slightly bumped and rubbed, and page block is tanned. Board colour has also transferred to the rear pastedown and REP. Binding is sound and pages are clear. LW. Good/Acceptable.
