Copy of government report on Nyasaland in presentation binding to Mr E.T. Williams, member of the commisson of inquiry, signed by the chairman, Patrick Devlin, and includes later correspondence by the two, and a newspaper clipping. Sir Edgar Williams was a British historian and Army military intelligence officer in World War II. He later became an esteemed scholar in Oxford. LW. Very Good/No Dust Jacket.
