Williams, member of the commisson of inquiry, signed by the chairman, Patrick Devlin, and includes later correspondence by the two, and a newspaper clipping. Sir Edgar Williams was a British historian and Army military intelligence officer in World War II. He later became an esteemed scholar in Oxford. LW. Very Good/No Dust Jacket.
