Gutter breaks noted at pages 22-23, 54-55, 86-87, and 118-119. Pen mark on page 71. Despite this, pages are not loose, and text and photographs are unmarked. Pencil marks and marginalia remain extant, due to the academic recognition of Susan Reynolds. CN. Acceptable/No Dust Jacket.
