Gilt borders to front and rear boards and gilt printing to spines. Board edges and corners lightly rubbed. Some remnants of earlier insect damage to V.2, V.3, V.5, V.6, & V.8. Insects long since perished. Pencilled annotations to FEP of V.3, easily removed if desired. Pastedowns and endpapers in each volume are a tad grubby, watermarks to boards of V.4 & V.5. Silk page markers still present in most. Spines are tight, contents sound. A very nice set. AD. Very Good.
