Brown cloth boards are embossed with a decoration to front and rear, additional gilt decoration to front and gilt printing to spine. Boards are edgeworn and bumped at corners, spine ends are scuffed and chipped - plus tears to cloth along hinges. Watermarks to lower corners of boards and lower edges of front pastedowns and initial few pages. Rear pastedown has some sticker remnants and a few marks, tear to REP. Ink stamp to front pastedown and previous owner's name and date (May, 1869) penned to FEP. Minor foxing to initial few pages. Contents are clean and unmarked. Good condition for its age. AD. Good.
