Includes 3 colour plates in this second and enlarged edition. Boards are edgeworn and marked at rear, spine ends chipped, corners bumped and spine cocked. Stamps from the London school to some prelims, signature of a previous owner to title page and a few faint marks to the same. Binding is loose with breaks at a number of pages and creases to lower leading corners of initial 160 pages. Text remains clean and unmarked and the illustrations, in colour, are bright and clear.
