This handbook explores the general characteristics of a congress before delving into a detailed examination of congresses held in Europe from 1814-1918. Front cover has a tear spine head hinge, rear cover is creased at lower corner, effecting final 18 pages. Spine cover is creased and tanned, minor foxing to page block head.
