This handbook explores the general characteristics of a congress before delving into a detailed examination of congresses held in Europe from 1814-1918. Front cover has a tear spine head hinge, rear cover is creased at lower corner, effecting final 18 pages. Spine cover is creased and tanned, minor foxing to page block head. Pages are all clean and unmarked throughout. Historically important and scarce. AD. Good.
