Hardcover (no jacket) in good condition. Fitted with a clear plastic sleeve. Copy number 463 of the deluxe 1050 copies printed. Some wear to the boards; spine foot is chipped and has been repaired with tape across both spine sides. The front upper spine side has a patch which is mottled. One or two tiny marks to the rear pastedown. The pages are rough-cut and uneven on the face and foot. The binding is sound; the text, images and fold-out maps are clear. CM. Good/No Dust Jacket.
