Description: Oxford, James Parker & Co. 1876. hardcover. Used, No jacket. Large area of patchy abrasions/staining around lower leading corners front and rear, incurring colour loss. Minor scuffing elsewhere on covers; spine is faded, with bumps top and bottom and a light crease down length. Leading corners are all bent with the lower set frayed. Minor wear on edges, with staining on both leading and an abrasion on lower front. Page block foxed, with slight grubbiness on head. Pastedowns/endpapers are black (possibly from strengthening binding) and are lightly stained in places with an ex-libris plate on front. Reverse of FEP has faint stamp on top edge and some staining near bottom. Name penned on title page. Abstract pages lightly foxed. Binding visible near end but no separation; contents are otherwise well-preserved and very clean and bright for age. TS. Good/No dust jacket.
