Rubbing of cover, most visible above centre of front cover and top left of rear cover. Two scratches at bottom left of front cover, one is 1.5 cm long, the other 1 cm. 1 cm wide stain near bottom right corner. Three dots of white paint on top right corner. Top and bottom outer corners of front cover are frayed and bent inward slightly. Rear cover has 2 diagonal scratches, each 4 cm long, bottom centre. Outer edge corners of rear cover are frayed and bent inwards slightly. Bottom edge is frayed along 4 cm next to spine. At spine, top and bottom are frayed and show small tears. 2 mm white mark above left of title on spine, 2 mm wide pale dot at top left corner. Title page has diffuse brown staining particularly around borders of page, and a 3 cm tear at bottom of page next to spine. Text, maps, tables and illustrations are clean, tight and bright throughout. Good/No Dust Jacket.
